Candidate Handbook: To be released in April 2026

2026 application deadline.

Eligible exam candidates will receive information about the Knowledge-Based Test and Remote Proctoring Guidelines the week of June 22, 2026.

Knowledge-Based Test held via live remote proctoring for all approved applicants.

Simulator Guidelines: To be released in late July

Simulation Examination held for approved applicants at Cal Poly Maritime in Vallejo, California.
