1. Rulemaking Documents: Conflict of Interest Regulations (45-Day Notice Materials)
A comment period has been established commencing on March 28, 2025, and closing on May 12, 2025. Any interested person, or his or her authorized representative, may submit written comments relevant to the proposed regulatory action to the Board. The written comment period closes at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025. The Board will only consider comments received at the Board office by that time.

Open Meetings
The Bagley-Keene Act ensures that state agency meetings are conducted openly and transparently, providing the public with access to governmental proceedings and decision-making processes. The Board of Pilot Commissioners (BOPC) adheres to this act, holding its meetings in accordance with these open meeting requirements to promote transparency and public participation.
